By using FlowSendr, you agree to follow this WhatsApp and Anti-Spam Messaging Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy

- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business API Policies, Meta Commerce Policies, and global anti-spam regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCPA, IT Act, CAN-SPAM).
- Protect recipients from unwanted or abusive communication.
- Help businesses maintain trust and long-term deliverability.
2. Consent (Opt-in Requirement)
You may only send WhatsApp messages to users who have provided clear and verifiable consent.
Valid opt-in methods include:
- ✔ Website forms or checkboxes
- ✔ WhatsApp QR code opt-ins
- ✔ “Send Hi to WhatsApp” buttons
- ✔ Customer-initiated WhatsApp messages
You must not:
- ❌ Buy or use third-party contact lists

3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe Rules
Recipients must be able to opt out at any time by replying with keywords like STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar.
After opt-out:
- You must immediately stop sending messages to that contact
- FlowSendr may automatically mark the contact as “Unsubscribed” or “Do Not Disturb”
4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use FlowSendr to send any content that includes:
- ❌ Spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- ❌ Fake offers, scams, phishing, or malicious links
- ❌ Hate speech, violence, harassment, or abusive language
- ❌ Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- ❌ Illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit products
- ❌ Misleading health or financial claims
- ❌ Content that violates WhatsApp’s Commerce or Business Policies
5. WhatsApp Template Approval
- All promotional or notification messages must use pre-approved WhatsApp Message Templates.
- Templates must not contain spam, misleading or prohibited content.
- FlowSendr only facilitates submission; WhatsApp has final approval authority.
6. Message Frequency & Relevance
To maintain quality communication:
- ✔ Keep messages relevant, informative, and valuable to the customer
- ✔ Avoid excessive or repetitive messaging
- ✔ Respect time zones and business hours where applicable
7. Responsibilities of Users
By using FlowSendr, you agree to:
- Send messages only to users with valid consent
- Handle customer data securely and legally
- Maintain records of opt-ins and message approvals
- Use accurate business profile details
- Follow WhatsApp’s display name, template, and quality rating guidelines
8. Violations and Account Suspension
FlowSendr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found guilty of:
- ⚠ Repeated spam complaints or user blocks
- ⚠ Violating WhatsApp or Meta policies
- ⚠ Misuse of automation tools for harassment or fraud
- ⚠ Sending prohibited or illegal content
9. Data Privacy
- All customer data is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and relevant laws.
- FlowSendr does not sell or misuse your contact data.
- Users are responsible for managing and protecting their data ethically.
