• ✅ Without sending prohibited content such as hate speech, harassment, illegal or obscene material

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. WhatsApp Business API & Third-Party Usage

• FlowSendr integrates with WhatsApp Business API and other third-party services.
• You must follow WhatsApp’s Commerce & Business Policies at all times.
• FlowSendr is not responsible for content, delivery issues, or limitations imposed by WhatsApp, Meta, telecom providers, or network failures.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some services require paid subscriptions or usage-based billing.
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
• Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.

7. User Content & Responsibilities

• You own the content you upload or send through FlowSendr.
• By using our services, you grant us permission to process and deliver that content as needed.
• You confirm that your content does not violate any copyright, privacy, or legal regulations.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• ❌ Use fake identities, phishing, or impersonation
• ❌ Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• ❌ Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• ❌ Use FlowSendr for illegal activities

9. Intellectual Property

• FlowSendr, its software, branding, UI, logos, and features are the property of AIMRech Private Limited.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any part of our platform without written permission.

10. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• You misuse the platform or send illegal or harmful messages
• Required by law, regulatory authority, or WhatsApp policy updates

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowSendr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• 100% message delivery due to third-party networks
• Absolute security or data loss prevention

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FlowSendr and AIMRech are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowSendr harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms or third-party rights
• Illegal or unauthorised messaging by your account

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
